Identity, contact, educational, financial, immigration, technical and marketing data required to provide overseas education, admissions and visa consultancy services.

4. Special Category Data

Where necessary we process health, disability, biometric and religious/philosophical belief data under Article 9 UK GDPR with explicit consent, legal obligation or where necessary for educational or immigration services.

5. Sources of Data

Information is collected directly from you and, where necessary, from universities, educational institutions, examination providers, UKVI, government authorities, financial institutions, sponsors and authorised partners.

6. Lawful Basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) Contract, Article 6(1)(c) Legal Obligation, Article 6(1)(f) Legitimate Interests and Article 6(1)(a) Consent. Special category data is processed under Article 9 UK GDPR.

7. Sharing

Data may be shared with universities, colleges, UKVI, government authorities, examination providers, accommodation providers, banks, technology providers and professional advisers only where necessary. We never sell personal data.

8. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards including UK IDTA, UK Addendum to SCCs or adequacy regulations are used.

9. Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. Student enquiries: 2 years; Applications: 5 years; Visa records: 5 years; Financial records: 7 years;

Complaints: 6 years; Marketing until consent withdrawn plus 2 years.

10. Security

We implement encryption, access controls, MFA, staff confidentiality, secure backups, monitoring, incident response and organisational safeguards.

11. Your Rights
